How to open output data

Apologies for my ignorance. Just got ggems compiled and running in python. I was able to run the world tracking python demo. However, now I have a bunch of MHD and RAW files but I have no idea how to open the files. I did not install OpenGL as I want to visualize the data using GNU Octave.

Any help with how to open these files/access the output data would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
To open MHD/RAW files I advise you to use Fiji software (Fiji Downloads). With this software you can open almost all files.
